Recently opened, NICS is a restaurant that offers its customers a dish of Roman-Neapolitan tradition, revisited in Genovese style. This is the Pinsa, a variant of pizza, made with a mix of flours, which makes soft and crispy, light and digestible dough. To engage the senses of the guests of NICS there is also the scenery of the place. It is located in the stables of Villa Rossi Martini, building with seventeenth-century flavour surrounded by 40,425 m2 of parkland.
The restoration of the district of the Villa has preserved intact the atmosphere of the past, as underlines the great fascination given by the high ceilings and the typical circular design of NICS. Even the chosen furniture respects the local atmosphere of the place with some touches of modernity. One of these is the presence of the Natural Maxi Diva chairs and Tiffany table designed by S•CAB, which in their functional combination invite NICS’s customers to sit, while enjoying the best Pinsa of the whole Genoa.
