Like its name suggests, ImPasta is a venue that has made homemade pasta the absolute star of its menu. Located in the Maltese town of Saint Julian, just a few kilometres from La Valletta, this innovative “pasta bar” cooks the variety the customers want, in combination with the sauce they prefer, from the classics of Italian tradition to customized recipes. The pasta-sauce combination is already obvious from the interior design, where the neutral tones of wood combine with an all-red decor, a symbol of tomato sauce. Red are in fact the Divo stools and the Gio and Top Gio seats. All signed S•CAB, they are positioned both inside and outside, for a touch of Made in Italy style just a few steps from the Maltese sea.
