The 4-star Hotel Lavaux was born from the renovation of the motel 'Itnereurope de Cully'. The building originally designed by architect Alberto Sortis has been restored to its former glory by the architecture studio CCHE in Lausanne. The original lines were respected, of what is considered as a historical monument, as witness to the modern architecture of the second half of the 20th century.

Among the choices of furniture Cokka chairs have been selected, perfectly in harmony with the context design.
