From the wide glass windows you can see all the charm of Paris. Located in the heart of Paris, just a few steps from the Opéra Madeleine, there is a 19th-century building which houses a well-restored penthouse on the top floor. Originally a photographic studio, under the direction of the French architect Vincent Parreira, the apartment was completely redesigned both in form and function. Today it is used as a duplex dwelling for short-term rentals to tourists who want to visit the city and the actors, travelling in show, who work at Opéra. The renovation project has insisted much on a well-kept interior design. In the dining room, in order to welcome guests there is a Natural Metropolis table of S•CAB that harmonizes perfectly with the warm atmosphere given by the parquet floor and the light that penetrates the large skylights.
